Using the new material strategy technology based on 10 Lot-sizings, the most effective material allocation plan is made for the current customer order, if there are not enough materials to meet the demand of these orders, the material planning module will generate a net demand plan for raw materials and reach the corresponding material control department.
The same demand for the same material in different periods will produce different purchase batches and quantities, resulting in different inventory costs.
Through the new 10 Lot-sizings, effective planning, not only convenient for the purchasing department, procurement and production at the optimal cost, but also to meet their own inventory turnover and delivery timeliness.
